Once the preliminary contract is signed we regard the purchase as a done-deal and put the property into pending status.  At this point you need only pay our broker’s fee which, is 3% plus local VAT called IVA running at 20%.The lawyer and taxes are paid at the final contract.

No commission will be due in the event in which the preliminary contract does not happen
